Project Brief: CCDC is seeking a proactive and experienced project technical to support and coordinate with the project team for a randomized multi-centric clinical trial. This project aims to evaluate the impact and feasibility of using a multicomponent digital health model for home-based care of post-discharge heart failure patients in India.

Job Description

Project Technical Support will contribute to the implementation of this research study in the following manner:

  • Oversee the smooth functioning of the study activities at the facility.
  • Coordinate closely with the study team and serve as the primary point of contact at the site.
  • Maintain and manage participant data in accordance with study protocols and data management guidelines.
  • Support participant recruitment and assist in enrolment related activities.
  • Compile, organise, and submit all study related data to the central study team in a timely manner.
  • Maintain visit schedules and ensure timely follow up of study participants.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and consistent data recording across all study activities.
  • Oversee implementation of study activities at the facility in line with the approved protocol.
  • Manage study resources and ensure availability of required materials, equipment, and logistics.
  • Ensure upkeep, maintenance, and proper functioning of the facility and study related equipment.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports, including program progress reports, as required by the central team.
  • Support compliance with study requirements, documentation standards,
  • Draft program progress reports, as well as any other reports as per the requirement of the program or as designated by study team.
  • Attend and participate in stakeholders’ meetings, and other meetings as needed.
  • Oversee high-quality data collection, management, and storage, in collaboration with data teams.
  • Support data analysis, dissemination of findings, and development of knowledge products.
  • Report on a regular basis to the Program Lead regarding study and seek timely advice wherever necessary.
  • Any other task as assigned by the Supervisor & study PI.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) course (All the educational qualifications/certificates shall be from the recognized Board/University).
  • 1-2 year experience in relevant subject/field
  • Experience of working in large national and state-level programs preferred (Experience from reputed National/International Organisations shall also be considered)
  • Experience gained shall be counted after the date of completion of Minimum Essential Qualification.
  • Ability to work and manage small team and logistics across geographies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to read, write and speak in English and regional language.
