CCDC also holds recognition as a WHO Collaborating Centre for Surveillance, Capacity Building and Translational Research in Cardio-metabolic diseases and is an ICMR Collaborating Centre of Excellence.
Project Brief: The organisation is implementing a project that is aimed at strengthening the capacity of healthcare providers with innovative pre-service and in-service education models for cardiometabolic diseases (CMDs) in India, with a focus on underserved populations. The program will develop CMD modules through a collaborative process and will be delivered in a blended format for training of healthcare providers.
Job Description
The Visualizer – Communications will be responsible for supporting the communication, branding, and visual storytelling requirements of the project through creative and strategic communication materials. The role involves working with an LMS expert in developing impactful visual concepts, multimedia communication assets, digital outreach content, and branding materials for the LMS platform, campaigns, events, training activities, and organisational communication initiatives. The selected candidate may also be required to support communication and creative requirements across other organisational projects and initiatives, as needed.
- Conceptualise and develop creative communication materials for digital and print platforms.
- Design visual assets for LMS modules, reports, brochures, newsletters, presentations, social media, websites, and event branding.
- Develop visual storytelling content including infographics, motion graphics, animations, and multimedia creatives.
- Coordinate and support communication campaigns, outreach activities, and digital engagement initiatives.
- Create and edit videos for project communication, training modules, interviews, event highlights, awareness campaigns.
- Support management of social media communication including development of creatives, reels, videos, campaign assets, and platform-specific content for digital outreach and engagement.
- Coordinate social media communication activities and ensure timely dissemination of content across organisational digital platforms.
- Support content visualisation for technical and research-based information in simplified and engaging formats.
- Coordinate with program teams, communication teams, designers, videographers, and external vendors/agencies for communication deliverables.
- Explore and utilise AI-enabled creative tools and platforms for communication design, video generation, and digital storytelling.
- Maintain and organise creative assets, templates, and communication repositories.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Essential:
- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in visual communication, graphic design, multimedia communication, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, branding, and digital communication.
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content development.
- Understanding of communication strategies and digital outreach platforms.
- Knowledge and hands-on exposure to AI-based creative tools, AI video generation platforms, and emerging communication technologies.
- Ability to conceptualise and execute creative communication ideas independently.
- Good writing, communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Experience in handling and managing social media communication for organisations, campaigns, or digital platforms.
Desirable:
- Experience working on healthcare, public health, education, development, or non-profit sector projects.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning content, and e-learning communication materials.
- Basic photography, videography, and audio editing skills.
- Experience in social media campaign management and digital engagement activities.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and interactive communication design.
