Lab Facility

Laboratory and Bio-repository Facilities at Centre for Chronic Disease Control in collaboration with Public Health Foundation of India

Need for an in-house laboratory

  • Quality assurance
  • Cost effectiveness
  • Systematic bio-banking for future research activities

Laboratory is equipped with high-ethroughput equipments to carry out biochemical analyse

Electrochemiluminescence autoanalyzer (E411)Roche
HbA1c analyzerBio-Rad
Electrolyte analyzerCaretium
ELISA readerBio-Rad
Refrigerated centrifuge REMI
Table centrifuges, water baths, incubators, single channel and multi channel pipettes, magnetic stirrer, vortex machines, pH meter, weighing balance, water purification system etc.
Work is carried out by science graduates/ post graduates with training in Medical Laboratory Technology and Biotechnology with many years of experience.
