CCDC collaborated with the World Heath Organization SEARO to digitize the HEARTS technical package that provides a strategic approach to improving cardiovascular health in countries.

Under the program, CCDC developed an online training module on CVD risk score-based management. The module is intended for use by policy-makers, program managers, and healthcare workers at different levels within ministries of health, and within resource-limited settings, who can influence CVD primary care delivery.
